bYond card x Tesco Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions January 2026:

1. The Promoter of this promotion is Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (company
number 04155659) whose registered office is at Westside, London Road, Hemel
Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 9TD.

2. This prize draw is open to residents aged 18+ years old in the following territories:
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland excluding employees of the Blackhawk
Network group and their immediate families, their agents, and anyone professionally
connected to the promotion.

3. The promotion will run from 00:00 on 16 January until 23:59 on 30 January 2026 which
shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”.

4. There is 1 x £250 Tesco e-gift card available.

5. Each time during the Promotional Period that you spend at Tesco you will be
automatically entered into the prize draw to win the £250 e-gift. Every transaction you
make during the promo period will trigger a separate entry (so you will be entered into
the same prize draw multiple times equating to the number of separate spends at that
retailer).

6. The winner of the e-gift will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer
within 2 weeks of the end of the Promotional Period.

7. The winner will be notified by email to the email address associated with their bYond
card account with details of how to claim their prize before 13 February 2026. If the
winner does not claim their prize within 10 working days of being notified of their win,
then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select
another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar specification
and value as the prize.

9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash
alternative is offered.

10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and
binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

11. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to
third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the
prize. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms
and conditions upon making a relevant purchase at a participating retailer. The
Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in
breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void,
cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any
circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants or winners or anyone
associated with them or participating in any prize or accept any liability for any loss,
damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering into the prize draw or
taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its
agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit
to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
